A MAN who admits damaging a hospital toilet denies he also carried out a racist attack and indecent exposure.
Michael Sefton, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to damaging an NHS A&E cubicle at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Sunday, May 1.
He made the plea on Monday, May 2, when he also admitted to breaching the terms of a conditional discharge which was imposed on him last July by Kidderminster Magistrates Court for possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in public.
Sefton pleaded not guilty to a racially aggravated assault of Daiel Fonsecca in Worcester.
The 59-year-old also pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure.
Both of these alleged incidents occurred on Sunday, May 1.
Sefton has been remanded in custody until Thursday, May 5 when an interim hearing will take place.
A trial for the racially aggravated assault and indecent exposure has been scheduled for Monday, June 13.
