A WORCESTER man is due to appear in court for accused of failing to attend community service sessions.
William Mckay, 23, allegedly failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on April 3 and April 10.
Mckay, of Randwick Drive, Worcester, also allegedly failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover the absence within 5 working days.
The original community order was made by Worcester Magistrates' Court on November 11 2021.
He is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Friday, May 13.
