A MINI heatwave is set to hit Worcester over the weekend and will even continue into next week.
According to the Met Office, Worcester is set to experience highs of 22C over the next five days.
A dry day is expected on Friday with sunny spells in the morning and more prolonged periods of sunshine in the afternoon.
The weather will be consistently warm, although feeling cooler with a brisk westerly wind throughout the day.
The temperature is expected to peak at a maximum temperature of 20C from 2pm until 4pm.
On Saturday, the good weather is set to continue with sunny intervals throughout the day, changing to cloudy in the early evening.
Temperatures are expected to reach 20C again at 4pm.
On Sunday, the weather is expected to cool to highs of 18C, due to cloudier skies throughout the majority of the day.
Early next week, the high temperatures are set to resume despite cloudier skies expected for Monday to Wednesday.
The highest expected temperature looks to be Tuesday at 22C.
