THE recent spell of sunny and hot weather has seen people across the county come out to bask in the sun.
That could all be about to change, however, with the Met Office warning of rain and thunder sweeping in.
A weather warning for thunder and lightning has been put in place covering Wales and the South West of England.
For Worcestershire itself, forecasters say rain will start in the late afternon on May 15 and continue into the early hours of Monday morning.
From 11pm onwards there is a warning of thunder and possible lightning.
