LADIES day at Worcester Racecourse is coming next month, featuring a live performance from a boyband duo.

The event will feature a day of racing, food and drinks as well as the performance from Boyzlife, consisting of Westlife's Brian McFadden and Boyzone's Keith Duffy.

The duo will be performing hits from both bands after the last race of the day, on Saturday, June 4 2022.

The gates open for the day at 11am, with the first race beginning at 1.10pm and the last race starting at 4.55pm.

The event will also be holding a Style Competition, where attendees could get the chance to win a £500 cash prize.

For those who want to enter the competition, you can head to the flower wall when you arrive to have your picture taken.

There will also be a spotter in the crowd looking out for any outfits which may be worth including in the competition.

The shortlist will be shown on the big screen and invited into the Parade Ring for the final judging to take place and the overall 2022 Style Competition winner will be announced.

The racecourse is supporting St Richard's Hospice, which hosts one of its most important annual fundraisers on Ladies Day.

The hospice, based in Worcester, offers free care to adults with serious, progressive illnesses.

Under 18s are required to be accompanied by an adult ticket holder for the full day of racing and Boyzlife live performance.

Tickets for the event start at £19, with varying options for hospitality and restaurant packages.

The Racecourse is also hosting a performance from ' Hold Back the River' Singer James Bay later in the month.
