SHOP: 54, Upper Tything - Worcester
A DISUSED shop near Worcester city centre could be turned into a new beauty salon.
A planning application has been submitted to turn 54 The Tything into a new salon.
The application, submitted in April, only confirms the location of the site, with no more detailed documents included yet relating to how it will look or what it will be called.
The shop, on the corner of Brittania Square and the Tything, used to be Just in 2 Carpets and Rugs before it closed.
The carpet shop closed down in November 2020 when its owners decided to run the business from home.
