A large emergency service response was needed to rescue a woman from the River Severn in the early hours of this morning.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue services all attended the scene in Worcester at around 3:30am on Saturday.
A HWFRS spokesperson confirmed that boats from Worcester and Evesham, a water first responder team from Malvern and a fire engine from Worcster were all required.
A drone from the Ledbury fire station and an urban search and rescue dog were also brought to the scene.
One female was rescued from the river and left in the care of the ambulance services.
