A MAN has been slapped with a fine and penalty points after failing to provide information to police on a driver alleged to be guilty of an offence.
Jack Houston was fined £660 at Bath Magistrates' Court on May 17.
Magistrates heard Houston, of Kentmere Close, Worcester, failed to provide the information when required to by Avon and Somerset police in Bristol on December 16 last year.

Houston was not present at the court as the case was heard under the single justice procedure, which allows the court to prosecute people for driving offences without them being present.
The 34-year-old was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
Houston was also given six penalty points added to his licence.
