A DROITWICH man has been banned from the Westlands Estate after appearing in court.
Wayne Espley, 41, of Woodmans Rise, Droitwich, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court today (Friday, June 17).
Espley is prohibited from "acting in any way to cause the residents of the Westlands Estate area of Droitwich, harassment, alarm or distress to include but not limited to using foul language, being verbally abusive or interfering or tampering with their property.

Any breaches of this order should be reported to the police immediately.
The court granted the order which will remain in place for 2 years.
This was following an application made by police requesting the court impose a Criminal Behaviour Order on him to try and address his persistent Anti-social behaviour.
