A LARGE police presence was in Diglis on Friday after an altercation in the street.
An agitated man could be seen confronting a group in Diglis
Eyewitness reports say that four police cars, an ambulance and an undercover police car were reportedly parked on Thomas Baxter Close.
Four men can be seen involved in the altercation before emergency services arrived.
