A MAN has denied three theft offences at Worcester Crown Court.
Frankie Butler, of Smite Caravan site, Pershore Lane, Hindlip, entered pleas when the indictment was put to him.
He faces three counts of "theft including theft by finding”.
The 32-year-old was told by Judge Martin Jackson to keep in touch with his solicitors as he will need to submit a defence statement, explaining why he is not guilty of the offences.
Butler was told his trial will take place on October 30, at Worcester Crown Court.

The judge explained in the plea and trial preparation hearing on Monday, (June 20), failure to attend the trial could see it go ahead in his absence.
Butler was given conditional bail, including the condition he must live at the Hindlip address.
