The 21-year-old nuisance has now been served with a two-year criminal behaviour order (CBO) to better control his anti-social antics, granted at Worcester Magistrates Court today.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The CBO was granted on the convictions for theft from shop (theft of DVD from a charity shop), and a public order offence where he threatened to stab a member of the public and pushed the same member of the public in the chest, outside of a primary school in Worcester."

Both offences were committed on the morning of March 18 this year.

Lock, of no fixed abode, was found in Worcester city centre and arrested.

He is now prohibited from the following:

  • Sniffing or inhaling any canisters of lighter gas or similar substances in any public place.
  •  Attending two addresses in Droitwich
  • Directing rude or abusive words or behaviour to any people who are caused alarm or distress
  •  Taking illegal drugs in any public place.
