A DRIVER who broke the speed limit near Malvern has been fined.
Kyle Ingram-Smith was caught breaking the 30mph speed limit on the A4103 at Leigh Sinton on October 23 last year.
The 20 year-old had been driving a Ford on a number of roads around the village when he was caught.
Ingram-Smith, of Beckbury Road, Coventry, was fined £120 for speeding and was also ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £110 in court costs.
He was also banned from driving for 56 days.
