TWO Worcester teenagers have denied attacking a youth and stealing his mobile phone.
Daniel Martin, 19, of Rodborough Close, Warndon, and Daniel Paintin, 18, of Cranham Drive, Warndon, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday.
Martin denied a charge of theft and Paintin denied a charge of battery, both alleged to have taken place on Sunday, October 7 last year.
They will both stand trial on Thursday, May 1 and were released on unconditional bail until then.
