STAFF at a new beauty salon are made up to win an award less than a year after opening.
All in One Hair and Beauty on Upper Tything in Worcester has won the best nail salon in the West Midlands for England's Business Awards.
Owner Kerry Klevi said: "We honestly didn't expect to win anything and we were shocked and proud and the team have done really well.
"The customers have been great really and it gives us the motivation to keep going.
"Honestly, just to be nominated and invited was incredible.

The business owner, 36 and originally from Birmingham, said: "I qualified as a hairdresser when I was 16, then I worked in a day nursery while my children were growing up.
"I've always had a background in hair and beauty, but I've just got back into it recently."
The ambitious business owner revealed she has ambitious future plans saying: "We are looking to open a salon in Birmingham.
"My dream is to franchise.
"We want to start a training academy to teach people nails, hair and beauty-related treatments.
"We have such a big function room on site, it would be a shame not to use it."
An announcement by the salon said: "Firstly it was an honour to just be invited and nominated after only 11 months of being in business! I honestly didn't expect to win anything!
"There are so many amazing salons around.
"I honestly didn't expect to win the West Midlands award such a large area to cover!
"Such a shame all the team couldn't be there on the night. I can't thank my amazing team enough and my customers.
"I'm really looking forward to what the future will bring!
"Thank you all so much!"
The salon received a flurry of congratulations from customers.
One Facebook reply said: "Well deserved you go out your way to accommodate people and staff are always so pleasant and helpful xx"
