A GAS leak is set to close a major road in Worcester this afternoon.
Worcestershire County Council's Highways and Travel team said they are going to close the road after a leak in Wylds Lane this afternoon (Thursday).
As a result of the leak, a road closure is being installed between Perry Wood Walk and Catherine's Vale within the next two hours.
The road is still open to pedestrians and residents, but drivers and cyclists are being advised to follow diversions.

Cadent Gas is installing the road closure and will be assessing the leak.
