A 32-year-old man who is having an ongoing row with neighbours has been banned from more bad behaviour.
Thomas Davies of Nunnery Avenue, Droitwich, has been served with a criminal behaviour order (CBO) after an application was made to the courts.

The CBO was granted upon conviction for a breach of Community Protection notice issued to Davies to address his behaviour towards neighbours, as part of a long-running neighbour dispute.
Granted on November 11, the two year order prohibits Davies from causing any type of nuisance that disturbs or causes upset to residents or visitors in and around Nunnery Avenue, Droitwich and contacting or communicating in any way with a named individual.
