Following his success on Iron Chef UK show, Marcus Bean has been a regular chef on ITV’s This Morning and on Good Food Channel's Market Kitchen, Channel 4’s What’s Cooking and ITV’s new children’s cookery show MunchBox.

Peter Cook, owner of the business, will be on hand to answer questions from those in attendance and will be providing lots of bread and pastries to sample.

Mulled apple juice and activities for children will also be available on the day.
Peter Cook's bread will be open from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Monday to Saturday.

Peter Cooks Bread opened in the Hopmarket in The Foregate on Friday, (December 2) and foodies have already been sampling the delights at the shop.

Mavis Cook, who runs the shop with her husband Peter, previously said: “We have never had a shop before.

“We are a wholesaler, we have had a market stall in Worcester.

“We have been looking for a year and decided on the Hopmarket because profits go back into the city of Worcester from the rents, and it’s a really beautiful courtyard”.

The bakery sells a range of bread, sourdoughs and pastries - including vegan pastries.

And the shop has begun selling its Christmas range including minced pies.

“We sell real bread – there are only four ingredients, flour, salt, water and yeast," Mrs Cook said.

“Peter’s been a baker for 30 years, and the business has been going for nine years now.

"Please come and visit us."
