TWO people have been arrested and class A drugs have been seized after a morning drugs raid.

Quantities of heroin and crack cocaine at an address in Baxters Walk in Pickersleigh this morning (Thursday).

Cash and paraphernalia were also found at the address by police officers.

Two women were arrested at the address, and both currently remain in police custody.

Geraint Perkins, Malvern's safer neighbourhood team sergeant, said: "At 7am this morning, officers from the Malvern and Upton Safer Neighbourhood Team executed a drugs warrant at an address in Baxters Walk in the Pickersleigh area of Malvern.

"Quantities of heroin and crack cocaine were seized from the address along with quantities of cash and paraphernalia.

"Two women were arrested at the address, and both remain in police custody while enquiries are ongoing.

"You can help us deal with drug crime and the associated anti-social behaviour that goes with it.

"The public are our eyes and ears, and no one knows better than the residents what is going on in a neighbourhood or community."

West Mercia Police have urged anyone who suspects someone of dealing drugs or who is involved in drug crime to tell them on the ‘Tell Us About’ section of their or to phone 101.
