THIS map shows all the crimes that were reported to police in Worcester and where they took place.

There were 1,147 crimes reported across the city in January - the latest month of data made available.

The most common type of crime was violence and sexual assault which accounted for 410 of the reports.

Second on the list was anti-social behaviour with 190 reports.

And the third most prevalent crime was shoplifting, with 121 reports that month.

Among the six robberies there were ones in Astwood Road, Kepax Gardens and Gillam Street.

Some of the crimes in the violence and sexual assault category took place at Asda, in Silver Street, Crowngate Shopping Centre and Co-op, in Barker Street.

In comparison, in December, there were 1,100 crimes reported in Worcester. 

There were 406 violence and sexual assault offences reported, 194 reports of anti-social behaviour and the third most prevalent crime was other theft, with 101 reports that month.
