Five men - including at least one from Worcester - have been arrested on suspicion of a terrorism offence.
Detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing West Midlands CTU arrested five men on suspicion of a terrorism offence.
The men – aged between 26 and 67 – were arrested from addresses in Worcester, Birmingham, Leicester and Bradford on Tuesday (21 March) on suspicion of conspiracy to commit offences under the provisions of Section 15 of the Terrorism Act 2000, provide money/property for use in acts of terrorism.

All five were transported to the West Midlands, they were interviewed and subsequently bailed as further enquiries continue.
West Midlands Police said the arrests were intelligence-led and there was no immediate threat to the safety of the public.
