EXCITED fans have been celebrating the news that a Worcestershire pop star is expecting her second child. 

Cher Lloyd, who grew up in Malvern and attended the Chase School and Dyson Perrins CE Academy, announced her pregnancy with a touching Instagram video to her 2.6 million followers. 

The singer's fans and other celebrities were quick to leave messages as the video quickly raked up almost 50,000 views on TikTok in just a day and hundreds of comments. 

Fellow X factor star Katie Waissel wrote: "Oh my goodness Cher! A huge congratulations to you and your beautiful family! You are all making me broody over here."

Singer Christina Perri posted six red hearts after Cher used a version of her song A Thousand Years to make the announcement.

Gossip writer Perez Hilton wrote: "Congrats!!".

One fan said: "Special, nothing more precious, congratulations to you both." 

Another fan said: "Too cute, congrats xx" 

A third social media user said: "Congratulations, Cher and family. Hope all the blessings in the world for you new little baby." 

The pop star already has four-year-old Delilah-Rae.

One teary fan was so overjoyed with the news and said: "Congrats queen, omg I'm not crying, I'm not crying, YOU ARE." 

A fourth commenter said they were excited to meet the baby and said: "So so happy for you, can't wait to meet your little bean." 

One fan said: "Congratulations and Delilah is now a big sister." 

Another said: "A big congratulations hun, very much deserved how's littlen? Bet she is excited, bless her."

Over on Instagram fans said: "Congrats, you deserve all the happiness in the world, I bet Delilah is excited to be a big sis."
