A FARM between Worcester and Malvern is offering customers the chance to become shareholders by purchasing vegetables.
Fold Community Farm, in Bransford, is launching a new Veg Share Scheme.
New members who sign up to buy a weekly box of organic vegetables from the farm will also become shareholders in the farm's harvest.
Klaudia Jedyka, community membership lead at the Fold, said: “As a veg share member, you not only get the freshest local produce, but you also have a connection to the land and the people who grow this delicious fruit and veg.
"Members will be invited to special events such as cooking and preserving lessons, food growing workshops, and fun farm volunteer days with communal meals and children’s activities.
"While they enjoy their veg boxes, shareholders will also be able to vote on many aspects of the farm’s operations."

The Fold Community Farm launch day on Saturday, April 29 will celebrate the new veg share scheme with tours of the farm and food tasting, as part of a wider Well Dressing and Wellness Fayre at the Fold.
Visitors can see this year’s crops sprouting, ask questions about the veg share scheme, and take advantage of free well-being tasters offered around the site.
Klaudia Jedyka said: “Come in the afternoon, enjoy a cuppa in our lovely café, relax with a complimentary workshop, and learn about our exciting veg share scheme.
"It’s so much more than just a veg box."
