A HEAD-ON crash between two cars closed a major road near Worcester yesterday evening.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said that three people were left in the care of the ambulance service following the crash.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 8.42pm yesterday evening.
"Two crews from Worcester and Bromyard both attended to find a head-on collision between two cars.
"There were three casualties left in the care of the ambulance service after the crash, and police also attended to close the road and so we could make the vehicles safe.
"We left at 11.19pm."

An eyewitness of the crash spoke of the seriousness of the crash looked and how amazing the emergency services were under the difficult circumstances.

Liz Williams said: "It was utterly horrendous. Everyone who was there was traumatised.
"It was a head-on crash and three casualties were involved. It looked incredibly serious.
"I am sending my thoughts and prayers to the people involved and to their families for a swift recovery and thanks to the emergency services who when got there did their very best under difficult circumstances."
