A WOMAN has been charged with "driving with excess alcohol" after a crash which saw a car smash through railings on a narrow city street.
Ashleigh Harcourt, 30, of Kiln Crescent, was charged following the crash on Lansdowne Crescent on Sunday, July 2.
Pictures of the aftermath showed parts of a car and car seats in the allotments on the other side of the railings.
Worcestershire County Council's Highways team closed a section of the path as a precaution following the crash and pedestrians were advised to walk on the other side of the street.

A resident, who wished to remain anonymous, said the emergency services were at the scene for "a few hours."
They said: "The police, fire service and ambulances were all in attendance for some time, as it took them a while to release the passengers.
"We know the fire crew were speaking to at least one person in the car trying to keep them calm.
"The emergency services worked for a few hours to get the vehicle out."
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service attended to make the vehicle safe, saying that nobody was trapped in the vehicles involved.
