A 24-YEAR-OLD man denies driving on a Droitwich road while disqualified and without insurance.
Brian James, of Smite Caravan Site, Pershore Lane, Hindlip, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court and entered not guilty pleas to the charges.
James is accused of driving a Volkswagen Golf on the A38 in Droitwich on June 29.
Gareth Walters, defending James, explained the defence at his trial would be James was driving at the time due to a medical emergency.
James, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend his trial at the court on December 4.
Magistrates warned James if he failed to turn up for his trial it could go ahead in his absence.
