A WORLD-famous graffiti artist unveiled their latest artwork at the Worcester Paint Festival over the weekend.

The London-based artist known as 'Phlegm' brought his unique street art to the festival, adorning the wall of Sutcliffe & Co Insurance Brokers, in Foundry Street.

His work can also be found in areas across the UK and abroad in countries such as Poland, Italy and Sweden.

After completing the artwork, Phelgm took to Instagram to thank the Worcester Paint Festival.

He said: "Thanks to everyone involved. Such cool support. It’s been a blast. Another race against time but I managed it."

Phlegm is known for creating surreal illustrations, mostly in monochrome and full of intricate details.

He replicates black Indian ink and a dip pen technique to large scale with spray paint, to bring his murals to life within urban landscapes.

Duncan Sutcliffe, managing director at Sutcliffe & Co Insurance Brokers, said: "We have eagerly awaited Phlegm’s visit and with the final extraordinary piece of artwork now taking centre stage outside our office, it’s not hard to see why.

"It has been a pleasure to have Phlegm on site and I know that his painting will be the talk of the town for many weeks to come.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Worcester Paint Festival for allowing us to be part of such a special event and of course the artist genius that is Phlegm for his outstanding piece of artwork.”
