People gathered in Worcester to light a candle in memory of a loved little one for Baby Loss Awareness Week.

Ross Joyner of Sands United Worcester organised an event for families and friends to remember their babies that had been taken from earth too soon.

The Guildhall was also lit up pink and blue.

Ross said: "We had vicars from a local church read a few poems and say some prayers while the lighting took place.

"Although it was a sad time it also bought people together and to open up with others about their loss."
