A PUB has let its customers know it is still open for business as roadworks close one of the routes to the alehouse.
Staff at The Talbot at Knightwick wants everyone to know it is still open for business during roadworks at Knightsford Bridge.
There is currently a road closure and the staff have provided an alternative route to reach the pub which also has a restaurant and brewery.
Utility repair and maintenance works are being carried out by Severn Trent Water, according to One.network.
The closure is just a short distance from The Talbot at Knightwick, prompting staff to confirm to customers on social media that the pub is unaffected by the roadworks and is still open.
A social media post reads: "Don’t worry we are open as usual. The road is closed at the top of the main road.
"If you take a diversion through Martley and down to Ankerdine Hill you’ll still be able to get to us."
