A THIRD boy has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a devastating fire at a city nursery.

Several parts of the outside building, summer house, resources and children's toys were destroyed after a suspected deliberate fire at Fairfield Day Nursey last month.

It comes after two boys, aged 13 and 14, were also arrested on suspicion of causing arson without endangering life.

The 13-year-old had also been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage.

Another 13-year-old boy was arrested two weeks ago on suspicion of causing arson without endangering life, it has been revealed.

The third arrest has only just been revealed by the police.

None of those arrested can be named for legal reasons.
