A motorist has been fined after failing to tell the police who was driving a Mercedes at the time of a driving offence.
Christopher Grimsdale was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle to West Mercia Police by Worcester magistrates on Monday, November 11.
The alleged offence had taken place on June 22 in Worcester.
Grimsdale, of St Pauls Road, Cheltenham, was fined £660 and had six points added to his driving licence.
He was also told to pay a £264 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
