A NEW salon owner says the cost of living crisis is not going to stop her from fulfilling her dream of opening her own business.
Flori Balasi said she is thrilled to be opening Flori Beauty Que in her adopted home city.
The 54-year-old moved to the city in 2018 with her husband and sons and the family have lived in Ronkswood ever since.
Flori has always worked as a beautician, both in Romania and in Worcester, but she had never had the chance to own her own business before.
"I'm looking forward to finally opening - I'm nervous too," Mrs Balasi said.

"When I applied to the council to give me planning permission for a salon here it took eight months.
"Since July I have been getting it ready, and we are just doing the finishing touches.
"It is a relief to be ready."
Flori Beauty Que will be offering various treatments including waxing, pedicures and facial treatments.

"It is me with Paula, our hairdresser.
"It is a difficult climate and maybe not the right moment - but I love what I am doing.
"I didn't want it to put me off.
"I wanted to do it for Worcester, I'm in love with Worcester, we have made a life here."
