AN OVERHEATED engine prompted intervention from a Worcester fire crew yesterday evening.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue crew from Worcester Fire Station were called to Barbourne Road at 4.53pm on Thursday, November 30.
No fire was detected within the vehicle engine, but it was believed the engine had overheated, so a thorough check was carried out with a thermal imaging camera.
The vehicle was isolated and there were no injuries.
West Mercia Police were requested to attend by the fire service for traffic management.
The incident was marked as pending closure at 5.35pm.
