A Worcester van driver was caught using his mobile phone while driving on the motorway.
Cosmin-Vani Todea used his phone while driving a Volkswagen Crafter van between junctions 24 and 25 of the M4 in South Wales on May 23.
The 54-year-old was sentenced at Newport Magistrates Court on November 27 as part of a single justice procedure after pleading guilty to the offence.
Todea, of Cherwell Close, was fined £86 and had six points put on his driving licence. He was also told to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
