A NEW bar and grill is starting to take form in Worcester at the site of a former pub.
The building which was formerly The Postal Order, at 18 Foregate Street, on the corner with Pierpoint Street, is to become Aurora Bar and Grill.
Earlier this year, Worcester News reported that the building was set to become a bar and grill according to documents on Companies House.
Today, pictures have been taken showing what the building currently looks like, with the 'Aurora' name illuminated at the entrance.
The doors of the building also have custom 'A's' on the glass.
Last week, the bar was also advertising for staff, a notice outside saying: "Join our squad. Multiple vacancies available.
"Bartenders, front of house staff , kitchen staff."
It still remains unclear when the opening date will be.
The city's Wetherspoons pub went up for sale by Savills Estate agency in the summer of last year.
The Postal Order had its 'last orders' on January 8, and the following day workers moved in to remove furnishings.
In 1997, the Postal Order first opened and was part of the city centre for 25 years.
