MOTORBIKES being used on a city playing field has prompted targeted patrols from West Mercia Police.
Following the reports of motorbikes on ing George V Playing Field in Brickfields, PCSO Tom Evans, of the Gorse Hill and Rainbow Hill safer neighbourhood policing team, conducted a foot patrol on Saturday, December 2.
The patrol was to provide a visible deterrent targeting illegal use of off road bikes.
The safer neighbourhood team have said it will be continuing patrols at affected times in an attempt to identify offenders.
