Worcestershire County Council's public health team has been shortlisted for an award for research during the pandemic.
The team analysed the impact of the pandemic on health professionals' health and wellbeing, and worked with Thinks Insight and Strategy to shape future support for health and care professionals.
Councillor Karen May, cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: "I’m really proud of our Public Health Team for their innovative approach to this piece of work and for getting the recognition they deserve.
"The research will be enormously valuable in shaping support to workers in this sector in the future."
