The plan, leading the roundup of applications to Worcester City Council, is the resubmitted proposal on Eden Close, suggesting the transformation of the site into a single-storey communal rendezvous point.

Homeowners at both 16 Townsend Street and 63 Waterworks Road are seeking approval for single storey rear extensions, with the latter plan also featuring a loft conversion with a front dormer window.

46 Spetchley Road is another addition to the series of extension applications, with plans also featuring a detached garage.

Plans are in the pipeline for a new annexe at 25 Worboys Road, Worcester, and a two-storey side extension at 13 Abbey Road.

Further proposals include a metal storage container for Thornton House School And Nursery Assessment Unit at Wylds Lane and an outbuilding at Abberley House Day Nursery on Droitwich Road.

Actions for arboricultural work include pruning a lime tree in 51 Battenhall Avenue, as well as care for a mature Sycamore tree at 18 Athelstan Road.

Lastly, planning approval has been sought for the modification of Nunnery Park Service Station on Hornhill Road, as they aim to enable the charging and upkeep of electric vehicles at their site.
