Worcestershire's primary air ambulance has achieved a prestigious gold standard accreditation for its management efforts.
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity previously held the Investors in People silver accreditation for six years, but their new accolade places them in the elite 17 per cent of the 50,000 organisations assessed for the gold standard.
The accreditation recognises an organisation’s performance through the management and development of its people, with workforce pride and impact on society among the factors considered.
Hanna Sebright, chief executive for the charity, said: "This is testament to everyone’s commitment to our organisation, our management practices and our dedication to continuous improvement."
