In recognition children and young people fighting cancer an award scheme has been launched in Worcestershire.
Around 160 children in the West Midlands and Worcestershire are diagnosed with cancer annually.
Nominations for the Cancer Research UK for Children & Young People Star Awards, in partnership with TK Maxx, are open to all UK children under 18 who have received cancer treatment in the past five years.
Children's TV presenter Phil Gallagher said: "Their courage and resilience needs to be honoured, and the Star Awards are such a lovely way of doing that and showing them how special they are."
