A POPULAR comedian's battle with testicular cancer is the topic for his latest tour which will be coming to Worcester.
Richard Herring is bringing his Can I Have My Ball Back? tour to Huntingdon Hall on Saturday, July 6, which will be his return to stand-up after a six-year break.
In 2021, he went to his GP to find out why his right testicle seemed to be growing bigger, only to be told that he had testicular cancer. One month later, he was lying in hospital waiting to have it removed.
Richard Herring was a writer for Spitting Image, and wrote and starred in shows like 'Time Gentleman Please'.
He was also part of the comedy double act Lee and Herring, with fellow comedian Stewart Lee.
The show will have a 40-minute first half, a 20 minute interval, and a 40-minute second half, starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the show start from £21.50, and are available on the Worcester Theatres website at worcestertheatres.co.uk.
