An £800 Community Chest funding has afforded the installation and maintenance of defibrillators in Droitwich.
The cash boost from Platform Housing Group has ensured the machines at WANDS Children’s Centre and The Gardeners Arms are rescue ready for the next five years.
Droitwich AED, responsible for installing 160 defibrillators county-wide have successfully revived four people.
Peter Richards, chair of trustees at Droitwich AED said: "We are very grateful to Platform Housing Group for helping us save local lives by sponsoring the ongoing maintenance of two of our AEDs in Droitwich."
