WARNINGS have been issued to drivers to move their cars as water levels rapidly rise across the city.
Worcester City Council has warned motorists to move their parked cars on Croft Road, Cattlemarket, Pitchcroft and Newport Street car parks or on Grandstand Road.
Pictures released by the council show cars becoming submerged in flood water.
Earlier today (Tuesday), Worcester City Council confirmed that the car parks on Newport Street, Croft Road, and Pitchcroft are closed.
A spokesperson for Worcester City Council said: "Please move your vehicle if you are parked in Croft Road, Cattlemarket, Pitchcroft or Newport Street car parks (all of which are now temporarily closed), or Grandstand Road.
"Water level is rising rapidly.
"Use St Martin's Gate multi-storey instead."
The city council is also adamant that "Worcester remains open for business".
We have the latest flood news on our live blog.
Motorists are advised to use St Martin's Gate multi-storey instead or check the city council website for other car park locations - www.worcester.gov.uk/parking/parking-sites.
Several roads are closed around the county, including Waverley Street in Worcester, Eckington Bridge near Pershore and Hanley Road in Upton.
