Amid snow and ice warnings across the UK, Worcester has been named as the best city in the country to access warm hubs.
According to Mobility Solutions Direct, the city hosts 42 warm hubs, constituting safe, free-to-access spaces for residents, covering a high of 607 people per capita of the disabled population.
The hubs act as refuges, providing a warm place to socialise amidst this winter's chilling conditions.
Lee Cartwright, a manager at the company, said: "Warm hubs are safe and welcoming spaces for local communities", offering a solution for those vulnerable to fuel poverty.
