Farmer and TV personality Kaleb Cooper is one step closer to his ambition of owning his own Cotswolds farm.

The accounts for two companies owned by Mr Cooper, 25, have been published by Companies House.

Net assets for his company, Kaleb Cooper Productions, which handles television programme production activities, have doubled to £242,000 from £122,000 for the year ending June 30, 2023.

And net assets for Kaleb Cooper Contracting, a mixed farming business, have also nearly doubled from £52,000 to £96,000 for the year ending June 30, 2023.

It means Mr Cooper's net assets for the companies stand at £338,000 compared to £174,000 for the previous year.

Mr Cooper, who is just about to kick off a nationwide theatre tour at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham, has also written two bestselling books.

It is likely he is also paid to take part in Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime.

His exact net worth isn’t publicly known, but it’s believed to be an impressive amount.

Mr Cooper worked on the 1,000 acre farm in Chipping Norton since before Mr Clarkson took it over.

He previously told the Oxford Mail: "If I’m farming, I’m on the tractor and I can do everything. So for example I’m on the tractor drilling while we’re filming series three.

"For the books, I hit the GPS button. It drives me up the field.

"As long as everything’s going well around me I can then jump on my phone and can speak to people about certain areas where they live.

"I do my best thinking in the tractor cab. I’ve got a little recorder.

"I can record my thoughts and I get back home on a weekend if I’ve got five minutes I can write it all down.

"I can do multiple jobs while doing farming."
