THOUSANDS of pounds worth of tools were stolen from motorway services.

The burglary happened between 2.30pm on Sunday, January 21, and 6.30am on Monday, January 22, at Frankley Services along the M5. 

Suspects entered a storage area and stole £10,000 worth of tools.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "Officers investigating are appealing to anybody who may have seen suspicious activity around the time of the burglary or somebody who has any information that would help with enquiries."
