A MAN was taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
Police and ambulance closed Worcester Road in Droitwich last night (Sunday) after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
The man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "A call was made to us around 6.40pm yesterday evening (January 28) with a report of a collision between a vehicle and pedestrian.
"Officers attended the incident on Worcester Road in Droitwich.
"One man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with injuries."
