West Mercia Police control room said it is experiencing major IT and phone issues.
People calling the non-emergency 101 phone number have been warned there may be a significant delay.
A spokesperson said: “The control room is experiencing major IT and phone issues.
”If your query is not urgent and you can report online, or at a later time/date, then please do so.
“Please be aware that if you do call 101 then there may be a significant delay.”
