A CAR was on fire on a road on the outskirts of Worcester.
Two crews from Worcester Fire Station were called at 7.39pm on Sunday, (February 4), to the vehicle on fire in Evesham Road, Egdon - between Worcester and Pershore.
A spokesperson for the Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A car was well alight close to a building and was extinguished by two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus using two hosereel jets and small tools.
"A thermal imaging camera was also deployed. There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended."
Firefighters left the scene at 8.35pm.
Firefighters also attended a fire in the open in Westfield Close, Fernhill Heath at 8.16pm on Sunday.
The spokesperson said: "A chimenea had been left close to a neighbour’s fence and was extinguished using a garden hose.
"There were no casualties."
Firefighters left the scene at 9.35pm.
