A LANE in Bromsgrove has been closed by Police this morning (Tuesday) because of a large fallen tree.
Pikes Pool Lane in Bromsgrove is completely blocked just after the turning for the railway bridge, which is a steep bend.
West Mercia Police said: "CAUTION! Large tree has fallen, completely blocking the road, Pikes Pool Lane, Bromsgrove, just after the turning for the railway bridge which is a steep bend. Please use an alternative route. This will take some time to clear."
Police have advised motorists to use an alternative route as they expect the fallen tree will take some time to clear.
Police said at 8.40am Worcestershire Highways hope to get the road opened "in the next hour and a half".
